Instructions: Beat egg, milk, and soup mix and set aside. Blend flour and pepper.
Lightly salt filets and roll in flour. Dip in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs until completely covered. Add a small amount of oil in non-stick skillet, heat on medium. When oil is hot, cook through only once. Filets will be golden to dark brown on both sides. Ted Bailey Email this Recipe:
