1 tbl vegetable oil
3/4 lb pork tenderloin cut 1/8" strips
2 pkt pork-flavored ramen noodles - (3 oz ea)
1/2 cup water
1 med red bell pepper cut 3/4" pieces
1 cup broccoli flowerets
4 med green onions cut 1" pieces
1 tbl chopped fresh parsley if desired
(or 2 tspns parsley flakes)
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat side.

Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets and remaining ingredients into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened.

This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
