Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat softened butter and mix in sugar. Then mix in egg yolks. Gradually mix in flour and other ingredients. Put dough into cookie press and press out small s shapes, each about 1 to 1 1/2 inches tall. Bake until slightly browned on the bottom.

When cookies are cool, spread a small amount of frosting at both ends of each s and dip in sprinkles.
