Instructions: Mix together and cook until sauce thickens (cornstarch will mix easier if the water is cold). Mix sauce with skinless boneless, chicken breast pieces that have been stir-fried in a non-stick pan with a little cooking spray, and add steamed vegetables as desired (broccoli, carrots, peppers, bean sprouts, etc.). Serve over cooked rice.
