Instructions: Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; blend well. Pour over pork; cook and stir until mixture thickens and coats pork.
