1/4 cup	Wine vinegar
1 tbl	Chopped onion

1/4 cup	Water
	----------------- TERIYAKI TOFU ----------------
1 lb	Firm tofu, cut into cubes
1 tbl	Tamari
1/2 tsp	Honey
1/8 tsp	Garlic
1/4 tsp	Tarragon
1/4 tsp	Ginger
1 dsh	Cayenne

Instructions:

Instructions: Boil "A".

Add "B".

Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over veggies & optional "teriyaki tofu," prepared by baking the following for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
