Instructions: 1. Mix steak sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in bowl. Thinly slice steak; place in nonmetal bowl or plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture; stir to coat steak strips. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread steak, peppers and pineapple onto 8 (12 inch) skewers. 3. Grill or broil kabobs for 4 to 6 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mixture. Serve with hot cooked pasta, if desired.
