Instructions: Drain and brown in heavy skillet oiled with sesame oil. set aside browned tofu. Stir-fry a variety of veggies in skillet.
Add: 2 T. tamari soy sauce 1 t. arrowroot powder or cornstarch to remaining marinade and stir into veggies till thickened. Serve veggies topped with browned tofu and toasted slivered almonds. Email this Recipe:
