1/2 tsp	Black Pepper
1/2 tsp	White Pepper
2 cup	Vegetable Juice Cocktail canned
1 cup	Tomato Sauce
3 tbl	Fresh Lime Juice
3 tbl	White Vinegar
3 x	Bay Leaves
1/4 cup	Chopped Onions
2 x	Green Bell Peppers roasted, seeded &
	med diced
2 x	Anaheim Chili Pepper roasted, seeded, & med diced
1/4 cup	Fresh Cilantro Leaves

This is like a sweet salsa.

Combine the 9 dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the vegetable juice, tomato sauce, lime juice, and vinegar, and stir until blended.
