Instructions: Heat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-inch, deep-dish pie plate. Process all ingredients in food processor for one minute or until smooth. If you use a mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
VARIATIONS: Makes enough for one 9-inch pie and two custards. Decorate with pecan halves. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 ft.): Bake about 55 minutes. Email this Recipe:
