Instructions: ** NOTE: Use any vegetable you prefer (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
1. Cook vegetables until soft but not completely done. Lay them in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2" oblong pan (glass preferred, for serving). 2. Cover with Velveeta cheese slices. 3. Melt butter in pan. Add Ritz Cracker crumbs, and blend until moistened and butter is absorbed. Pour evenly over vegetables and cheese. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Email this Recipe:
