2 tsp	Active Dry Yeast (1 1/4 t)
1/4 cup	Bread Flour (1 1/2 C)
1 cup	Yellow Cornmeal PLUS
2 tbl	Yellow Cornmeal (3/4 C)
3 tbl	Wheat Germ (2 T)
1 tbl	Ground Cumin (2 t)
1 tbl	Chili Powder (2 t)
3 tbl	Cilantro minced, (2 T)
2 tsp	Salt (1 1/4 t)
1/2 tbl	Sugar (1 T)
3 tbl	Vegetable Oil (2 T)
1 whl	Egg (1)
1 x	Egg Yolk (0)
1 cup	Water (2/3 C)
1/2 tsp	Jalapeno Pepper minced, (1 t)

Instructions:

Instructions: Add all ingredients except the jalapeno pepper and corn in the order suggested by you bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers directions.

At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic or National), add the pepper and corn.
