4 x	to 6 Doves or young pigeons
1/2 cup	Flour seasoned with
1/2 tsp	Salt and
1/4 tsp	Freshly-ground black pepper and
1/2 tsp	Ground oregano and also
1 tsp	Spanish paprika
4 tbl	Sweet butter
1 cup	Tomato juice heated

Instructions:

Instructions: Dredge birds with seasoned flour. Brown in sweet butter, and place in a buttered casserole. Sift on remaining seasoned flour; add blended tomato juice and chili sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
