2 cup	sugar
2 cup	flour
1 tsp	baking soda
1 tsp	baking powder
1 cup	butter
1 cup	water
1/2 cup	cocoa
2 x	eggs
1/2 cup	buttermilk
1 cup	mayonnaise
1 tsp	vanilla
	----------------- ICING FOR TEXAS CAKE ----------------
1/2 cup	butter
1/4 cup	cocoa
6 tbl	milk
1 tsp	vanilla
1 box	powdered sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together: sugar, flour, baking soda and powder. Mix together butter, water and cocoa in a saucepan; bring just to boil. Add to flour and sugar mixture. Mix together: eggs, buttermilk, mayonnaise and vanilla. Add to cake batter. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

ICING FOR TEXAS CAKE:
Melt butter, cocoa, and milk in saucepan. Boil few minutes until thickened. Add one box powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick.

Spread on cake.
