Recipe for Texas Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 lb	package frozen hash brown potatoes cubed
1/2 cup	butter or margarine softened
1 tsp	salt
2 cup	cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup	diced onions or 3 tbl minced onion
1 can	cream of chicken soup
1 cup	sour cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all together. Put in greased 9x13 baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTES : This is one of my familys favorite recipes for the holidays.
