1/2 lb	hamburger
1 lrg	green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup	rice, uncooked
2 tsp	chili powder
1 lrg	onion, chopped
1 x	(16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper; drain. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
