1 pkt Yellow cake mix
4 x Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
11 oz Mandarin oranges with juice
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1 lrg Vanilla instant pudding
15 oz Crushed pineapple & juice
1/2 cup Half & half
12 oz Cool Whip
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick. Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350 F. Cool.

Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
