Instructions: 1 CUP BUTTER 1 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR 1 EGG 3-1/2 CUPS FLOUR 1 TSP SODA 1 CUP OIL 1 CUP OATMEAL 1 CUP CRUSHED CORNFLAKES 1/2 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS 1 TSP VANILLA Cream butter, and sugars. Add egg, oil and mix. Add oats, flakes, coconut, pecans and stir well. Add flour, soda and vanilla. Form into small balls.
325 degree oven for 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Tamp tops with fork dipped in water. Cook before removing from sheet. Email this Recipe:
