Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Cover; shake to mix.
You can use the sprinkle right away, but it will taste better if you let it ripen overnight at room temperature to allow the cracker meal to absorb the spice flavors. Store in the jar away from heat and light. The rub will keep for several months. Yield: 1/2 cup.
