Instructions: In a medium frying pan over medium high heat, cook the onion in the olive oil for 1 minute. Add the bell pepper, corn, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stir and cook Until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in 1/2 cup canned black beans. Stir until hot. Serve warm.
