Instructions: Season flour with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Place in shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat egg slightly; add milk.
Dip each steak into egg/milk mixture. Then roll in flour. Dip again in egg/milk mixture and roll in flour again. Fry in large skillet (med-high heat) in about 1" of vegetable oil until well browned and no longer pink inside. Serve with mashed potatoes and cream gravy and dont forget the hot rolls!!
