2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
2 x beaten eggs
1 can of crushed pineapple with the juice
3/4 cup lightly chopped Texas pecans, or any other nut

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Pet milk
1 stk butter (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all the Step #1 ingredients in order given into a greased 9 x 13 cake pan.

Mix with a fork until all the batter is the same consistency. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned and springs back when pushed.

Step #2
Stir and place Step #2 in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Pour over the HOT cake when it is taken out of the oven. Use the mixing fork to spear the cake all over to allow the topping to permeate the cake. Allow cake to sit until cool enough to eat. It keeps well for several days in the fridge and can be re-warmed in the microwave.
