Instructions: I used about 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup + a dash of rice vinegar, and about 1/8
cup sesame oil. i would experiment here. then add hot sauce to taste. i only added about 3/4 tsp, but i was using a very pungent szechuan sauce, and was trying to please a mixed group. toss together, and chill for several hours. its easy, very pretty, and quite different. im eating some today for lunch warm over rice.
