Instructions: Place the rice in a large bowl and cover with water. Allow to soak overnight.
Drain the rice and add to rapidly boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes until just tender. Combine rice, coconut milk and palm sugar in a clean saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. When thickened, serve with diced mango and perhaps a little fresh cream. Email this Recipe:
