1 x chicken, med., cut up
----------------- PEANUT SAUCE ----------------
3/4 cup peanut butter, chunky
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger, minced, fresh
1/8 cup water, warm
1/2 tsp chili paste
1 tsp honey
3 x scallions, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all sauce ingredients to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and water to finish.

Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at 400 degrees. Coat with sauce and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
