6 tbl Thai fish sauce
5 tbl thinly sliced scallions
3 tbl fresh lime or lemon juice
3 tbl finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tbl minced serrano chilies
2 tsp roasted chili paste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
