This tangy sauce is ideal for deep-fried spicy rolls or any seafood dishes. Steam fresh crabs or prawns and use this
dipping sauce as an accompaniment.
4 tbl Thai sweet chilli sauce
1 tbl lime juice
1/2 tsp fish sauce (nampla)
2 x piece peanut candy (kong thng), crushed

Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix well to blend. Set aside for the flavours to merge.
