Instructions: To make Thai salad dressing:
Place Italian dressing in a bowl. Add soy sauce, grated ginger root and crushed red peppers and coconut milk and mix together. In a large bowl, add salad greens, Chinese cabbage, chicken, shredded carrots and cilantro leaves. Pour salad dressing on top of mixture and toss to coat.
