2 x	cloves chopped garlic
2 x	red chillies
	coriander, (chopped)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all together and pour over grilled fish, chicken, beef, vegies, rice, noodles.

Excellent with Thai fish cakes (recipe to follow).
