Instructions: Put the rice in a sieve and rinse very well under running water.
Place the rice in a saucepan. Pour on water. Cover. Stand pan on the boiling plate and bring to the boil. As soon as the rice boils transfer the pan to the simmering oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven fork through recover and stand for 4 to 5 minutes. Fork through again and serve. Email this Recipe:
