3 tbl Vegetable oil or butter
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tbl Brown sugar (optional)
3 tbl Oyster Sauce or Thai Kitchen
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown Onion And Garlic In Oil Or Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And Simmer For 10-15 Minutes.
