1 tbl Vegetable oil
4 x Pork chops, 1/2" thick
1/2 cup Knorr Thai sauce
1/4 cup Peach or apricot jam
1/2 x Red pepper, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides. In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir in red pepper. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until tender, turning chops occasionally. Serve with rice and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
