250 gm sliced beef (topside)

80 gm green chillies
20 gm green cili padi
100 gm shallot
100 gm garlic
50 gm lemon grass (serai)
20 gm black pepper powder
30 gm daun selasih (basil leaves)
10 gm kaffir lime leaves (sliced)
60 gm eggplant (cubed)
100 ml coconut cream
1 x lime (squeeze for juice)
Instructions:
Instructions: HEAT pot and add coconut cream with blended ingredients. Cook for about 10 minutes. Lower the heat after a few minutes. Add sliced braised beef, lime juice, fish gravy and seasoning. Leave to cook for 10 minutes. Add kaffir lime leaves and daun selasih just before serving. Best eaten with hot rice.
