Instructions: Peel the pawpaw and cut into large cubes.
Grind the prawns and garlic to a paste in a food processor or mortar and add half the lime juice and fish sauce. Stir into the pawpaw. Slowly add the remaining lime juice and fish sauce with sugar and sweet chili sauce to taste. The salad should have a tart sweet taste. Pile the salad into a salad dish lined with lettuce leaves and garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and sliced spring onions. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
