800 gm flower crabs
2 x big onions - cut thinly into rings

2 tbl chilli paste
1 tbl chopped garlic
2 x sprg karupillay leaves
10 x chilli padi - sliced finely
----------------- Seasoning: ----------------
2 tbl fish sauce (Nam Pla)
2 tbl sugar
1 tbl oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Maggi chicken granules
1 dsh pepper
----------------- Garnishing: ----------------
Coriander leaves
Chopped spring onions

Instructions: Method:
CLEAN crabs well then cut into halves. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute spices till fragrant. Add in onion rings and fry till soft.

Add in crabs and stir-fry well. Mix in seasoning and cook till crabs turn colour and gravy is thick. Dish out and serve with garnishing.
