CLEAN crabs well then cut into halves. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute spices till fragrant. Add in onion rings and fry till soft. Add in crabs and stir-fry well. Mix in seasoning and cook till crabs turn colour and gravy is thick. Dish out and serve with garnishing. Email this Recipe:
