1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ginger root, chopped
2 x garlic cloves
1 tbl fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 sm bay leaf
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups. Use on poultry and pork.
