soy sauce
1 tbl light soy sauce OR
Thai fish sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbl rice wine, or dry sherry
1 tsp Asian sesame oil
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 x 3 quarts slices ginger, crushed
4 x red chilies, chopped into 1" piec
6 oz medium shrimp shelled,
4 x green onions, chopped
1 cup water
1 lb fresh fish filets, cut into 2" pieces
1/2 cup Thai sweet basil leaves
