1 tbl Vegetable oil
1 pkt Fresh n Ready Thai Style Stir-fry
1 x 285 g pack Tofu, cubed
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.

Add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the sauce and stir-fry for a further minute.

Serve immediately.

NOTES : Tofu and oriental vegetables in black bean sauce.
