1/8 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quinoa flour
1 cup spelt flour
2 tbl chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Add ingredients to the bread pan in order suggested by your machines manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: Vegan bread, thats low fat and healthy. Quinoa and spelt flours are availble at most health food stores.

Yield: 1 loaf
