Instructions: Cream Together 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add small amounts of oatmeal in blender and blend into a powder. Set aside. Grate 2 oz. plain Hershey bar - set aside. In a large bowl mix; oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Combine all remaining ingredients (except chocolate) and mix well. Add a 6 oz bag of chocolate chips and grated Hershey bar. Make golfball sized cookies. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 6 minutes at 375 deg f. Dont over cook!
