Ingredients:

2 x Ripe bananas
200 gm Fromage frais, (7oz)
200 ml Semi-skimmed milk, (1/3 pint)
1 tbl Condensed milk
Lots of crushed ice
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender add the banana, milk, fromage frais and condensed milk. Blend until all the ingredients have formed a smooth texture. Pour plenty of crushed ice into some serving glasses and then the banana shake on top.

Serve very cold.
