Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat two 9-inch round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add the remaining ingredients except the frosting, and stir until well combined. Pour into the pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly then remove from the pans. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.
