Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. In another bowl mix egg yolk, milk, magarine, lemon and vanilla. Beat egg whites til soft peaks form. Add milk mixture to dry mixture and whisk til smooth; fold in egg white. Bake in oiled waffle iron.
