Instructions: Combine the brown sugar and 1/2 cup of the butter in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Add the corn syrup, cream, vanilla, salt and praline liqueur, whisking briskly. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and whisk in the remaining 1/2 cup butter Until smooth. Yields 3 cups. Email this Recipe:
