Instructions: Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the roots. Saute, while stirring for 5 minutes. Toss in sesame oil, tamari, and water. Cover well and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
NOTES : Because these root vegetables are grated, this takes very little time to cook. It uses burdock root which is considered a tonic in Chinese and Japanese medicine. Id probably through in some garlic, too, just for good measure. Email this Recipe:
