1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped
Sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 bn Green onions, chopped or 1 cup (1 To 2) chopped red onion (or both)
1 cup Frozen or fresh peas
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Poppy seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl add all chopped vegetable ingredients. Add dressing and toss thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste, if you wish. Blend and toss well. Refrigerate to chill and serve. Crunchy, refreshing, healthy and delicious. Serve in a bowl or as a side dish on a bed of leaf lettuce.

Serves 6-8.

for its cancer risk reduction properties, including no cholesterol, high in vitamin A beta carotene and vitamin C. The two main vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower, are both cruciferous as well.
