Howard Sauce: ----------------
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbl parsley flakes
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbl crushed red pepper
1/2 tbl salt
1/2 tbl Season All
1/2 tbl fresh minced garlic
----------------- Baked Fillet: ----------------
1 stk margarine or butter, melted
6 x 8 (16-oz) fresh fish fillets (may have skin & scales left on)
Instructions:
Instructions: Howard Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate fish over night in some of the sauce, reserving some for spooning over fish before serving.

Baked Fillet:
Pour margarine or butter into a baking dish. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fish fillets in baking dish (skin-side down).

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of marinade on top of each fish fillet. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Spoon reserved Howard sauce (not used for marinade) on top of each fish fillet before serving.
