Instructions: Combine flour, nuts and butter in medium bowl; press firmly in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 3500F for 15 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over baked layer. Mix puddings and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
