1/2 tbl butter
2 tbl canned cream of coconut
3 cup bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.

Comments: For best results use pure canned coconut cream.
