2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 x eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans. Combine first four ingredients, set aside. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla at high speed until creamy, about 3 minutes. On low speed, beat in mayonnaise until smooth. Add flour mixture and water to mayonnaise mixture alternately in four additions, ending with the flour mixture. Pour into pans and bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool ten minutes in pans before turning out to cool completely. Frost as desired.
